Yes. Estelle offers two outdoor ceremony locations:

• Our historic front porch

• Our beautiful magnolia tree ceremony site

White padded garden chairs, setup, and removal are included in the flip fee.

Estelle includes a weather backup plan with every rental. Up to 24 hours before your event, you may choose to move your ceremony indoors.

Indoor ceremonies are hosted in front of the fireplace in our 219-year-old log cabin. During the room flip, guests enjoy a climate-controlled cocktail hour in the Carriage House and Courtyard before entering the reception space.

Yes. Estelle includes three fully furnished getting-ready spaces designed for comfort, relaxation, and wedding-day preparations.

While Estelle does not have a private parking lot, guests have convenient access to the East Side Station paid parking lot located directly across the street.

Couples may also pre-pay for guest parking through Estelle. There is also am ample amount of street parking.

Full-day rentals include 14 hours of venue access.

Hourly rentals allow you to customize your timeline and include setup, event time, and load-out. Hourly rates range from $400–$500 per hour and are often available for weekend dates booked within five months of the scheduled event date.

Estelle is exclusive for food and beverage services, which are provided by our in-house team.

For all other vendor categories, we maintain an open vendor policy. Vendors should carry insurance whenever possible. We require a professional wedding coordinator for all wedding events.

Couples are welcome to provide their own décor and personal touches.

Yes. We offer a complimentary one-hour rehearsal the day before your wedding whenever the venue schedule allows.

If another event is booked that day, we will work with you to provide an alternative rehearsal time before the venue rental begins.

Yes. Sustainability is important to us.

We reduce waste by providing reusable plates, glassware, and linen napkins instead of disposable products. We also prioritize recycling cardboard and glass.
