The Story of Estelle.

Architectural preservation has always been a center focus for our brands. When we first saw the property at 814 Woodland, we knew its potential, charm, and character were extremely special… our connection with this historic, hidden gem was immediate.

Built in 1807, the original log cabin is storied to be the oldest structure in East Nashville. The Victorian home we see today was constructed around the original dwelling in 1826 making this location one of the most historically unique spaces in Nashville.

Hospitality is the central focus at our new venue, offering catering, bar service and rentals “in-house”. Attention to detail and creating spaces that feel fresh yet familiar is part of our history and continues to be our story today.

We are honored to be working with award-winning designer, Katie Vance of Powell Architecture, on the interiors. Leaning on the bones of the house, our process is simple, to embellish and create a space where all feel welcomed and celebrated when visiting Estelle.

It is our pleasure to steward this rare architectural beauty into the 21st century ensuring guests have an opportunity to be a part of Nashville’s history for many years to come.
